• For every order you submit to winemansion.com.sg, you will receive an order confirmation.
• In addition, you will receive an order/shipping confirmation email. We recommend that you print and save both for your reference.
• For your security, we will only send an order confirmation to the email address you provide.

Upon receipt of your order and payment, we send you an e-mail confirmation of stock availability and advise you on the delivery. Should an item ordered be out of stock, you can decide to wait for the next shipment, or change to another item or have a refund. All items ordered will be consolidated in one shipment to avoid additional shipping charges unless otherwise advised.
